Why Order Online?
A: Online orders are actually processed slightly faster than phone orders. We are notified by email immediately when you order online, and when we retrieve the order, it is complete with the address and contact information that you typed in yourself! Of course, telephone orders are always welcome.

What do you mean by "In Stock Items" – and please explain the The Quickship Symbol
A: In Stock Items can be shipped with 7 - 14 days of order. The Quickship symbol indicates the product style and color are readily available for shipping. While we stock some non-Quickship colors in various styles, those that we do not stock may require an extended delivery time. Please contact us for product availability.

I see that you ship to Canada as well as the Continental USA. What currency do you accept?
A: All payment is in US Dollars to avoid any fluctuations in currency and delays in expediting your order.
